♥♥♥I've been losing WEIGHT!
I believe I already lost 7lbs! From 120lbs, now I am 113lbs. And the reasons are the following...
#1 Gym. I've been exercising for almost a month now. BrickRoad Fitness is LOVE! Si Pjae ang lagi kong kasama. I think she already lost 12 lbs. Galing! Hindi kasi kumakain. XD
I love all the dance classes, cardio and weights. In short, ALL!!
#2 No Rice Diet. I think I don't need to elaborate more on this. Self-explanatory. But hell, I miss rice so much.=c
#3 Water is life. Haha. Before I eat, I drink lots of water. The result? I eat less.
Hindi na rin ako kumakain ng taba. Pero okay naman ako. Hindi ako nanghihina. I love exercising. Haha. I will renew on May. I should look good on my debut. Sexay!=D
